Subscription Terms — Annual Plan

The SkiptheAgent annual Manage plan constitutes a 12-month commitment. While the monthly plan may be cancelled at any time with no further charges, the annual plan is billed upfront and is non-refundable for the current billing period. Please review the Terms of Service before selecting an annual subscription.

Not a Licensed Real Estate Agent

Ashcraft Pty Ltd (ACN 699 775 838 | ABN 68 699 775 838), operating as SkiptheAgent, is a technology company registered in Western Australia. We provide software tools that enable private landlords to self-manage their residential rental properties. SkiptheAgent is not a licensed real estate agent, property manager, or agent's representative as defined under the relevant Australian property legislation, including:

• Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW)
• Estate Agents Act 1980 (VIC)
• Property Occupations Act 2014 (QLD)
• Equivalent legislation in other Australian states and territories.

By using SkiptheAgent, you acknowledge that you are acting as a self-managing landlord and are responsible for complying with all applicable tenancy, property, and consumer protection laws in your state or territory.
